Term Limit for on request abortions in the States and Territories of Australia

If you watch the documentary “after tiller” it’s explained really well. technically, yes. But really.. no. It’s all up to the doctors discretion at the later terms and you really have to plead your case. There was a women she was 36 weeks and didn’t want to have a baby. She didn’t know she was pregnant until a few weeks prior because she never showed which does happen. The doctor declined her abortion and gave her adoption resources. Alternatively here was a teenager that was 25 weeks and didn’t want a baby. She was granted. And a few women that were late term like 35 weeks along who had terminally ill babies that were granted the abortions. They kind of have to play god which is hard on their mental health and I’m sure everyone involved.
