Terrible payment problems and support

Thanks for looking at this for me, I am a CEO of a tech start-up which deals with app payments thecoreishere I have not come across this before. You learn something new everyday!

I appreciate that CS would not understand this, but I spent 8 days and multiple messages with CS going nowhere. I was asked to supply the last four digits and the name on my card. I did so. Then I got the following reply **Thank you for replying.

We are sorry, but we are gonna need more detailed information.

What information??? They asked for something but then did not say what. Really frustrating.

Paypal was not an option given. I wanted to try out the premium version for a few months. If all was good I was going to ask my CTO to integrate it into my company. I generally only use Paypal for online purchases..I broke my own rule for Protonmail as I was so keen to try it.
