Most likely not, i have worked in places where i would need approve similar stuff. I would not approve this for a few reasons.
1.i can't be 100% terry crews was account wasnt signed by a employee that handles his social media account.
Twitter is a suitable place for approval
I would need a written letter approving the use of the image from atleast Terry crews and the production company that made the show this still was taken from. The letter would also need to be was physically signed and dated allowing the buisness to use their image on their credit card.
Side note. Unless you caught someone that was on the way out of the buisness and didnt give a fuck, you might get it.
