I mean, the people who are most vulnerable to these kind of policies voted for the party who is going to do nothing about it.

I know that a lot of vulnerable people didn't vote for this government, but at this point—after spending years campaigning against the last decade of Conservative government (and bear in mind I am a 'traditional tory' in the sense that I have a high paid job, high paid partner, am a home owner and received what most people would call an extraordinary inheritance)—I have given up.
