Tesla board plans to meet with advisors next week to ramp up going-private talks, likely to ask Musk to recuse himself from process

Here’s the thing: shorts? They’re leaches. Making bets against someone who bet their fortune when they could’ve simply retired to improve humanity’s chance of not ruining the earth (climate change, co2 emissions, that jazz). They’re literally betting against someone (to a lot of Tesla supporters) who is making the most effort dragging other automakers to make respectable EVS.

Now you might not agree, and while I don’t speak for everyone, that’s how I see it (disclaimer: Long TSLA). And while I’m not much an advocate for violence, if some hedge fund manager ruins their life because of a TSLA margin call, I ain’t gonna shed a tear.

TL:DR Fuck those guys.
