Test219

Hey everyone! Welcome to the (hopefully) winning strategy for DJ. Get a glass of something! Now speaking honestly, I want to win rather badly. But if you think that my enemies account for more and have a better strategy, vote for them. I chose this strategy based on practicality, so you can understand what I was going for.

That said, here’s a Soundtrack for easy listening. It’s completely optional, of course.

Ok. First is a quick rundown about my feelings on the combatants.

Dolby:

+:IRM is a very scary Stand. Put simply, unless Dolby gets taken out first, there’s not many good options for DJ to RETIRE him. Fortunately, Match conditions mitigate this.

-:Dolby’s weaknesses are threefold. He can’t reliably damage DJ, he is hindered by the Match conditions, and, the biggest one, he has slow speed.

Cass:

+:Cassandra is dangerous. One hit on either DJ or Dolby, and unless they RETIRE her quickly, they don’t have a real response. She could take out Dolby very early on very easily, which would be a massive boon for DJ.

-On the other hand, she’s stupid, and doesn’t have any real options for hurting DJ.

I will note that none of this whatsoever is unconquerable, even hard to do so. So with that out of the way, let’s begin.

Part 1: Jojolity

“That was fun but then annoying. So I did us all a favor and shut you up. You’re welcome.”

So here’s what I’m doing and why. My first priority will be to get Jojolity. Really, I only need to crush Dolby’s windpipe. My very first action will be to send off high speed “Shoves” onto both Cass and Dolby’s throat, abdomen, etc. These would crush their windpipes, rendering them mute, and hopefully taking them out instantly. If the windpipe ones somehow miss, their diaphragms will be extremely damaged as well, preventing them from taking anything but shallow breaths.

While taking both out in the first second or so is not guaranteed, he can definitely make at least Dolby (With 2 CON) mute, and probably both, fulfilling Jojolity. With A Speed and Precision, it should simply outspeed both of the other fighters, even with their 5 Speed. 5 Speed for users is nothing compared to A Stand speed. Besides that, it’s an unexpected attack that would catch them off guard even if they were able to react.

Despite having a somewhat defensive Stand, Dolby and IRM will be unable to defend against it for one simple reason. In the match flavor, his Stand at the start doesn’t have any extra clouds. To deflect DJ’s attack, he would need a cloud in front of him. To do that, his Stand would need to create one first, then move it. His Stand creates clouds too slowly, and they will be unable to reach Dolby in time to defend against them. The harsh truth is, DJ’s A Speed is simply too much for them to dodge. Cass doesn’t have any defensive options to speak of herself, so I’ll leave it at that. If either of them try to bolt, well, the beams would reach them before they had a chance to turn around.

As an additional bonus, he would send one of his “Knife Slashes” at each one, aiming for the grass in front of them. Instead of sending force into the grass, it would create a blade of Stand Power, cutting into their legs and making it harder to move. If for whatever reason one of them decide to hit the deck, it would slash them full in the face/throat. While not necessary, it will help with the full effect of this strategy and cut off movement options (kek).

Results of Step 1: Jojolity fulfilled. Dolby and Cassandra crippled/muted/knocked back. In other words, not prepared for Part 2 if the strategy.

Part 2: Mansion:

“The moment you took a step in here, your fate was sealed.”

Pardon if I go on a tangent for a bit. Cassandra has some pretty scary options. Multiple firearms, grenades, knives, etc. In fact, I’d say that she’s extremely dangerous to Dolby. Dolby doesn’t have any way to fight back against her at first, and she only has to get in a single hit to take him out. This is not to say that he’s completely defenseless. In fact, this strategy assumes he would find some way to survive.

Second is [Stairway to Heaven], the Purple secret strat. My guess is that Dolby uses IRM to build a ramp or staircase of clouds. Then, if someone is stupid enough to step on said ramp, he either makes portals to drop them directly from the sky, or get them to terminal velocity then drop them. Either way, not fun. Too bad it wouldn’t work. Cassandra would be on Dolby too fast to really get a staircase going, and she wouldn’t be sticking around even if he gets it going. DJ wouldn’t ever, under any circumstances step on his enemies’ Stand. For that matter, nor would he willingly stay under it. Stairway to Heaven, or any other strat, carries the same weaknesses IRM in general does: slow startup.

Now on to the strategy proper. After Part 1 gives DJ a little space, he’s going to book it to his mansion. He’s not going to go at top speed, to save his energy. Fortunately, his opponents are going to find it much easier to take eachother out than go after him.

However, I still feel that I have to go over my options for defense. Dolby is pretty much a nonissue in this stage, as he cannot reach DJ. Cassandra has guns, but that’s pretty much also a nonissue. DJ’s Stand has A Speed and A Precision. It could just deflect any bullets coming his way. If either of them give chase, DJ can run a little faster. 50m isn’t that long for a cheetah, and half speed is still faster than the world’s fastest human.

When DJ reaches the mansion, he’s won against Cassandra. She can’t effectively use her weaponry. Bullets will be easy to deflect and any grenades she could throw would be swatted back, and it would be suicide to get close. DJ knows the house well for obvious reasons, and Cassandra is going in blind. Once in there, DJ has a simple way to win.

First, get the drop on her with his superior knowledge of the house within his “Ideal Range”. Think waiting around a blind corner or rushing out of a door or something. Then, wrap the wire of Rasputin around her throat so she begins blacking out. (And also in case she can still make sounds vaguely resembling speech for Jojolity) While we’re add it, bind her hands and feet so she can’t try anything crazy. Because she can’t hurt Stands, she won’t be able to break the wire. If she tries anything too crazy, Rasputin can slice off a limb. While Getaway could chew through Rasputin pretty easily, it has terrible Precision and wouldn’t be able to cooperate. FInally, if Cassandra looks in any way able to fight back, DJ could just cut her throat open. In close quarters, there’s not much she can do.

Besides that, if the other options aren’t enough, DJ can use a judiciously placed Knife Slash or Car Crash for the same effect. He only has one of each at this point, but one should be enough to RETIRE. If not, DJ can just slash her up until that point is reached.

Dolby would not get involved for a simple reason.

Of course, this assumes that Cass goes after DJ after he bolts instead of fighting it out with Dolby. If they do, well, it depends. If Dolby takes out Cassandra, Step 2 is unnecessary. In that case, I would skip to step 3. If Cass RETIRES Dolby, then Step 3 is unnecessary, and I would just do Step 2.

Results of Step 2: Cassandra RETIRED. Jojolity even more completed.
