Thats been tested on sisi solo and it tanks drifter fine, refit is optional and just involves playing with the lowslots and mids for tracking and dps instead of cap
(replace 2 cap relays and a enam and can do garrison solo in under 20 mins approx when we tested it)
Implants optional but makes it possible to fire conflag instead of having to switch (also reduces fitting skills as this requires marauder 5 to work)
Drugs make the stronghold possible with a bit of heat. This is as cheap as possible to make it work
With 2 of these, drifter plus site in under 25 mins (plenty of room to improve) and is approx equivalent in speed to 4 nestor 2 lesh
