Lived in the vintage, i would give it a solid eh? management wasnt great but wasnt The Worst, the apartments were relatively clean if a lil outdated in some parts (like the bathrooms), and overall id say theyre a lot better than some apartments ive seen. But, for a comparible price in west campus you could do better. Everything is overpriced, especially in west campus, but in this case i would say i saw apartments that were straight up luxury places for just like 50 more a month.

So, fairly okay college student apartment, but its priced just under some of the straight up luxury apartments in the area.

Also, the website made it sound like the vintage had a pool. The texan had a pool which you are allowed to use, but you have to walk a few blocks to get there. Still slightly miffed they advertised it like that, but i shoulda read the fine print i guess :/
