When I google it, the EPA budget has stayed relatively the same under Trump. Even if what you’re saying is true, couldn’t Biden have simply reversed what he did?

I know there was some talk about emergency brakes on trains but 1, that doesn’t take place until 2029. 2, it won’t impact trains this small. 3, those wouldn’t have stopped this from happening based on how the train derailed.

I’d also like to turn our focus to the DOT Secretary who watch several hazardous trains derail and didn’t do anything at all but got on a soap box to talk about there being too many white people in construction (a trade dominated by Mexican people).
