You must be at rank 50 and above the recommended Ranking Reward level to achieve the reward type.

For example: upon reaching Rank 50, you must reach to 15001 and above to meet the reward requirement for 200cc.

If you reached rank 50, you are guaranteed rewards shown at Battle Rank 50 (in this case: 1000 Multi Z-Power for Ultra unit SSJ Goku, 2,000 Rare Coins, 100 Equipment Medals, and 5 Slot Remover).

But for the CC, you must reach at a competitive points to score the extra rewards. By competitive, I mean that even if you reached, say, 1,007 to get the 1,000cc reward, chances are you'll points when not playing since others will keep bumping past your score.
