There's no way to do it. Or rather I think it's hopeless. Politics was increasingly partisan over the past few administrations, but with Trump it's become completely balkanized. A Trump supporter who gets all his news from Infowars and Breitbart and WorldNetDaily doesn't care what rational or objective sources say. He's unlikely to even see what they say. And any bit of information that happens to seep through will instantly be dismissed as part of the massive conspiracy they've imagined in order to justify a worldview that's not based in reality.

How can you convince such a group of people of anything besides what they already believe? A normal person's thought process takes into account new evidence, and is ready to accept that a previously held belief is wrong if the evidence against it is convincing. But with Trump supporters, they've started to rationalize evidence against their claims as evidence in favor of their conspiratorial worldview. They are too far through the looking glass to come back to this world.
