Thank you

I think it came down to Boston’s core being due to get out of first round and have their playoff run. They’ve been together for a while. As much as it hurts to hear right now, we’re just getting started. Our team was filled with rookies and sophomores still. I truly believe our core is good enough to win multiple championships in the coming years if we just add the right pieces.

As for the offense, I honestly want to stay away from a big piece like Harper or Machado (although Machado could fit if we move Andujar to LF). Don’t get me wrong, I am not the type of guy to say we hit too many homers, but a bit more balance to the lineup would be huge. I think we should go after Michael Brantley this offseason. His lefty bat would be a good fit for the lineup in my opinion.

Pitching, I think the obvious move is Corbin. He might pitch worse in the AL, but I think you gotta open the wallet and take that risk. I think you resign Happ despite an awful Game 1. CC was a great Yankee, but I think it’s time to move on. If I were to predict something, I also think Cashman makes a trade for a high potential arm, like he did with Eovaldi (fuck him). I think we resign Britton, and I would also try to sign Miller. Although he looked bad to end the season, there could be a lot of reward there. I also want to try Loisaiga in a relief type role next year. Fastball/Slider combo could be deadly out of the pen.

I think it would also be beneficial to find a new pitching coach. A different philosophy there would be beneficial. I think every Yankee fan would love David Cone for that job, but I feel like it’s unlikely for some reason.
