Spoilers have become the new safe-space. None of them will admit it but it bleeds right into outrage culture where finding out the title of a movie now is the end of the world.

I agree. This whole "anti-spoiler" mentality has become really annoying. Although to be fair, I think it depends on what movie it is (at least for me anyway). For movies like Star Wars and Endgame, I feel like I'm walking on eggshells trying to avoid all spoilers for movies. But for some other movies, I don't really care about spoilers. Not that I'll go out of my way to spoil myself, but if I'm reading a review and I come across a plot point or something, it's not the end of the world. For myself (and some others as well) it really depends.
