I'm sorry, but why exactly should they help you for using the wrong scroll? I don't see a single problem with any of that.

There's nothing insane about them refusing to help you, what I find insane is that you think you deserve help at all. No game company, under any circumstances, is obligated to fix your mistakes because, of all things, you used the wrong item. It's your mistake, you should deal with it. The fact that Tera would restore your item, which honestly I doubt in its entirety (you're either wrong and they wouldn't do that, or you're exaggerating how often they would do that) but reading up on it I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, doesn't mean any other game needs to pamper you. I would also point out that dropping equipment is completely different from booming equipment.

Some AEEs boom. You take that risk by using the scrolls. Get over it. Maybe read the scroll next time, too. Don't blame the game and act like you're entitled to completely circumvent the point of even having those scrolls.

I refuse to believe that anyone would legitimately quit and blame the game for their own stupid mistakes like that. Rage-quit? Maybe. Legitimately blame? Hell no, it's your own damn fault, no one else's.

I can't be the only one thinking this, can I? It's insane to expect compensation for that kind of thing.

Give me one good reason why support should have helped you in that situation.
