I get it seems like an unpopular opinion but come on guys. These officers are probably making overtime for wrapping presents. I get community relations and all but seriously. Maybedo this as a fund raiser, charge a price so it covers the cost of having officers out there and have the rest go to a charity. Or don't have the officers on the clock, have them donate time for this. Figure the hours you're paying them, the resources that go into it, especially the wrapping paper that's printed just for them, that's a lot of money....instead of blowing money like this why not increase personal relations while donating to perhaps those less fortunate this Christmas.
