That's some really slow two day shipping...

this has been frustrating ever since best buy launched this. Definitely have run into more customers complaining saying "I thought it said free two day shipping?"

Also don't understand (if anyone can give me an answer) some old ladies came in wanting to buy a 16tb NAS drive that was about $500 , they said they came into the store because they wanted this item shipped to the store. My thought was "oh I guess they didn't know/didn't want to order it online themselves" so I told them, well let me see the paper you have with you (it was a print out of bestbuy.com with the item) and it said "pick up not available"

I told them that I highly doubted that doing it in-store would change anything, but I would try it (they were got triggered the second I said that lol) Sure enough I could not only not do store pick up for them (as I had told them, they said they called and someone told then we could do it) but I could also not order it to have it shipped to their home. Yes I tried Express Lane as well. They kept asking why I couldn't, I literally told them theirs no way for me or a manager to override our system to force it to order it, they got mad and said well you just lost a sale. ok.

How does this work? lol I thought it was retarded, same day I had the same problem happen with an Apple Keyboard... he was buying it with iPad Pro, Applecare, Pencil, & Speaker. He wanted all under the same 12 Months Financing, & because I could not OMS it into the same transaction he went on his phone, ordered everything for store pick up except for they keyboard that was being shipped to his home, came back an hour later to pick up his stuff lol.

TL;DR: Tried to OMS/Express Lane items that only show "Shipping: Available" & "Store Pickup: Not Available" with no luck, lost sales. BestBuy.com is lame sometimes...it's ok I don't get tracked but rip store rev
