Their games are spread out across 5 plataforms. 3 of which are dead, this franchise has accesibility issues.

Thing is, atlus makes no money from emulators. Sure, the fanbase grows and their new games will do better when released. But emulation makes them gain nothing.

Meanwhile look at the money Persona 4 Golden made when ported to PC, it became an instant best seller and did better than a lot of full game releases. They could've made twice with a ps4 release as well.

There was clearly even more demand for the game on PS4 than on PC, with most Persona 5 players being interested in Atlus games. Of course the hype died because it was a PC release only, but imagine if it had released on PS4 too.

I don't know but this should show that the amount of money that the port costs is nowhere near close the profit. Still, atlus is atlus so they probably don't care.
