I’m a huge advocate for early health education. My ideal public school standards would include beefed up health standard making them as much of a priority as math. I’m not even joking a little bit.

Changing behavior is hard. Changing health behavior is stupid difficult. It is so enmeshed in cultural & socioeconomic realities that it can be impossible to alter temporarily let alone sustain over a lifetime. Access to healthcare has improved some. We need to continue that & push for more emphasis on a health as a national priority. You’re likely correct; quality of life could be improved within a few generations if we make those changes now.
