Theme for a next Wargame title?

I'd agree with all of your points entirely, it would be nice to see certainly the command zones being made more frequent but smaller because many times playing you find (or maybe just me) that not much is achieved when pushing the enemy forward especially on maps like "A Maze in Japan" where small pushes forward feel so insignificant because the zones are so much of the map.

Fortifications

Something new I'd like to see as an extension to the constructions of FOBs is that I would really like to see more defensive structures like barbed wire with a chance to slow or even stun infantry, and maybe general emplacements which would have a variety of quality, from like sandbags and light bunkers ( what I mean http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130213103305/battlefield/images/8/8e/Sandbag_Bunker_Example.jpg ) to more heavy bunkers ( using hesco barriers like this http://www.thinkdefence.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Hesco-Sangar-02.jpg ) . These would serve multiple purposes, Protecting HQ, Offer more protection from Small arms fire and light cannon fire, If Recon Infantry use it become "camouflaged" if in cover which increase stealth of the recon allowing safe recon or even for hiding MGs and Anti tanks (I will mention later) but these would require supply trucks and maybe a new engineer unit that would be with only basic guns but have the option to construct these fortifications. And as you mentioned early you said about supply trucks serving multiple services than having to buy new ones. I understand the disadvantages of this is that it may encourage people to play too defensively and make every match a stalemate combat wise.

Urban Infantry Assault

Something else I would like to see is an infantry assault mechanic for urban fighting which would develop infantry combat a lot more, this would add assaulting on buildings, so the infantry would go inside the building and eliminate them, and going back to fortification, the engineers troops can "reinforce" a building to decrease the effectiveness of these assualts, This would mean that combat between buildings would have to be tweaked and an assaults success would be determined by several factors but at the moment I cannot thing of the perfect way to do this.

Airfields/Jet Delay

Something I'd also like to see but can understand why people will disagree is that I'd like to see a physical airfield for jets to come on to so when they are called in they are actually being transported onto a truck to an airfield, this could cause problems as people would just bomb airfields, so an alternate to this would be to make a certain time delay for jets coming in as it seems ridiculous that you can instantly deploy a jet to the fronts and take on a threat and I'd like to see a penalty time when calling in jets.

Paratroopers done properly

It would be nice to see paratroopers actually paradrop for a plane going across for either behind line deployments or just reinforcing your fronts, these units when paradropping would be spotted by almost anything so that you could deploy a whole army behind enemy lines, but also things like the BTRs could be para dropped as done in the Soviet Afghan war where the Soviets deployed along with infantry a large amount of the BTRs behind the border between Afghanistan and USSR.
