Last time this came up it was pointed out that this is from MidValley Mall, Kuala Lampour Malaysia. There's another pic of this parking lot on their website about halfway down the page.

Kuala Lumpur has a law mandating 7% of female only parking because Malaysia is 60% Muslim and one of the particular local brands of terrorism was to stab/rape isolated women in parking lots, because women shouldn't be western sluts showing ankle or driving on their own and shit.

Supposedly these women's lots in Malaysia have a bunch of security cameras, panic buttons, and police patrols to back up the signage. Kinda funny how people make an uproar about manspreading, but they're silent about 'get killed for shopping' level sexism going on in other countries.
