Theodore Roosevelt, in his time, chose the honorable course. Captain Crozier has done the same.

What many are missing here is that he wasn't whistle-blowing. Crozier operates within a chain-of-command. A chain which, in extreme circumstances can be gone around, must be maintained for national security reasons. Crozier was in an extreme position for sure but was not prepared for the task at hand- one which required professionalism and patience. Not a position which seeks international attention.
