Unless if exceptions/premissions were given to a lab

When I say research lab is still going on, i wasn't talking strictly for undergrads. I'm saying research, in general, is still happening, which means it's still going on mostly for graduate students and professors. And i specifically stated this and also said the need for undergrad students is less.

I said the best case scenario not saying the most common scenario! Which is outlined in your statement when that phase comes through. best case scenario doesn't mean it's going to happen.
