Is there any way to undo a premonition?

It’s happened before like this and came true. This time it made even less sense but it “dropped in” just like the last one.

For instance last time this happened I was on a bus coming home from school and i knew the next day we would be partnered with someone for a project. I had no idea who it would be. It was a pretend marriage partner so we could prepare for how to budget and split up responsibilities etc. I was on the bus and I’m thinking of how to prepare for budgeting and I say in my head “When me and Marco do the budgeting-“ and I just froze and wondered how/why his name was so casually and matter of factly inserted like that. The next day the name of my fake husband is drawn from a lottery box by my teacher and the name was Marco.

So when it happened this time it was even weirder because I was watching tv and I was wondering if I should rewind a part of a movie I missed. I remember thinking was it worth wasting time on. Suddenly, it happened. Like the last time, it came so casually and matter of factly. The answer was “It doesn’t matter because _______”. And the thought was about something happening to me. And the “something” that is gonna happen was not about the movie at all. It was about me and my future. It didn’t say when. But it used a word similar to the word “soon.” Basically saying it doesn’t matter what I do. Basically Rewind the movie or don’t because some serious shit is gonna go down so who cares. And I just froze because I wasn’t thinking anything serious until that happened. The movie was not anything dark like that either. But I was depressed then so maybe I was attracting a timeline? Idk. It happened last year btw

My antidepressants are now working and I feel alive again. I ran into a random poem posted on a fence to a museum home and it was about life and destiny and embracing having a purpose and getting out there and living.

So IDk...can I change it? Is the universe saying things have changed in the direction of life?
