Do you think there are any indirect indicators that the number of infection is starting to snow ball?

What about this spike in influenza cases we are hearing about in the US? I wonder if some could actually be ncov. Or maybe ppl have both, but would never know it bc they aren't being tested for coronavirus.

"Each week, approximately 2,600 outpatient healthcare providers around the country report data to CDC on the total number of patients seen for any reason and the number of those patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) by age group (0-4 years, 5-24 years, 25-49 years, 50-64 years, and ≥65 years).
