Why has there been a steady rise of suicides over the years?

Well, you can't beat or break the game. It can only manifest differently. I feel like message for individuality and personal responsibility are everywhere and everyone loves it, but people dont want the whole totality of the burden. Its very challenging and you really gotta pay attention, because its so easy to go into a suckhole and take shit jobs and keep shit friends, activities? Eh, ill sit on the couch and netflix jt out, theres always tomorrow... then at night or when its quiet you're down the dark road of "What the fuck am I doing here? Why do I keep doing this? Does it even matter?" And people keep passing the personal records even then.

I know people have chemical/hormone issues or are stuck in truly awful circumstances not of their own will or choice, but I feel like people for the most part are lacking a lot of healthy integrity and sovereignty.
