Personally, I'm playing Physical Leapquake and do not use COE (F+R, cubed BoM). It's definitely not the best, or even the best Leapquake variant, but I enjoy it and have cleared GR105. I believe there's only one other (fire) Leapquake above me on the leaderboard (PC NA Seasonal), and he wasn't using COE last I looked.

I'm in the same boat as you and really hate trying to just see COE. If Diablo were like, say... some other major Blizzard game and allowed UI addons such that I could make it bigger, reposition it, or even give it a noise, that would make things better.

But Berserker is different. It's not up 100% for Leapquake, but you still want to use it whenever you can. Have you tried a different gendered character? Personally I hate looking at the male barb/WotB form, but the female one is fine.
