Yes, I'm here to turn you all against muslim immigrants. It's nothing to do with the massive story about all this that came out at the weekend. Which is meant to be the worst case of this kind in the history of the UK.

I thought there'd be more attention, more outcry.

And the people who commited this weren't immigrants, but British Pakistanis.

I did wonder if the possible lack of discussion/outrage over this was due to certain factors like racism/religion.

But all this will descend into a argument over agendas, racism and bigotry, all of which is part of why nothing was done in the first place. So it's not quite ridiculous to think this. But nice derailing.

I suggest you widen your focus by adressing the issue rather than crying about perceived bigotry. Because as I keep saying, this was one of the reasons the police were reluctant to get involved.

This will still go on deaf ears. Some people don't want to confront things like this.
