Hmm, well yeah, that does make me feel better. "Today Clinic" sounds a lot better than "Leaf and Relief". I guess I'll call them tomorrow, but $99 is still a bit steep, especially since I just paid my PCP $65 (cash price) for a visit that addressed some other issues but left me with nothing related to the OMMA. I may wait until a couple weeks after the 8/25 application processing starts, to see if there are widespread reports about people being denied for using a fly by night MJ focused clinic. I'd also be really interested in hearing of any success or failures for people who applied without any recommendation at all, since it is said by the OMMA to be completely optional. I just don't have $100 to gamble by submitting an application without all the supporting documentation, and I don't recall ever seeing if there is a waiting period to reapply if denied on your first application.
