City sucks because of the people who live there. Proof: I was one of them. I moved to Milan because this is a hopeless place in which whoever you come across says it's not so bad and just proceeds to give a F.U.C.K. about it. People have moved to the newer part of the city and the old one is home to criminals and drug addicts (most of the people). However as a tourist you wouldn't be harassed, so come if you want. In 2026 the city will be home to Mediterranean games, so it surelly will be an opportunity th show off. It's all about the pole and their mentality though. In order to give hope to this god forgotten place you simply should nuke it and rebuild everithing from scratch.
