There is NO RULE that says Free Throw Attempts at the end of the game must be equal.

Pretty much posted this same comment on the other thread but since i've witnessed an ACTUAL rigged series it really jingles me when people auto default to "refs rigged series xd" without actually experiencing the true pain of having a championship ripped away. (Seriously please fuck off until you have a ref end up in jail because of your series)

Anyways here is what I came up with to appease level headed NO fans

Bored in the office on a sat, so I just spent about 20 minutes going over https://stats.nba.com

This is the most reasonable explanation I could come up with - 25 FGA from the Pelicans were against Draymond. (about 25% of their shots) Draymond also committed 0 shooting fouls against his match up.

If you take away 25% of the Pelicans shot as not able to shoot free throws on, the discrepancy isn't as fishy. Draymond is one of the best defenders in the league and very good at keeping his arms straight up - but if people having been watching the games they should see how he pushes his body into AD on shots which has been going uncalled. (borderline foul)

Tl;dr Draymond is good at defense and refs focus on arm contact instead of body
