Is there a philosophical argument for the God of Christianity?

Yes. There is at least one metaphysical philosophy that makes a decent argument.

1) There is a space of possibility. If there were not a space of possibility, there would be no existence.

2) That space of possibility is either limited or unlimited.

3) Nearly unlimited possibilities are imaginable, so for the space of possibility to be limited, some thing must be choosing how to limit the possibilities that become realities.

4) In terms of Generative algorithms, one that generates all possibilities is more simplistic than one that has included limitations which would require added layers of complexity.

5) Occam's Razor (verbed it) out the excessive logic, and you start to get a picture of the vastness of that structure you call God. (Omnipotent indeed. In fact, anyone who says God's logic is limited is arguing against God's omnipotence.)

6) What exists in the space of unlimited possibility? Well, your God does, as well as all the others, as well as implications you can't yet imagine.

Before we go any further, this isn't even an argument. It's so far from being valid it's not even funny
