There was a post on here yesterday about an American guy completely misinterpreting his 'friendly' card from his new neighbours. So, just for a laugh on a Wednesday morning, I'd like to share some stories from the last 3 years featuring my 'friendly' neighbour Wendy

I get phone calls from 'Sharon' over the road because 'she's worried about our roof'. Our roof is absolutely fine! She texts me and then goes 'I'm not being nosy', I mean, you clearly are, and you know you are, hence the disclaimer! We can actually see curtains twitch if my boyfriend is home late. They have multiple cars but only space for one on their driveway, so they leave the other two on the road, and when we were on holiday a while ago they took advantage and parked on our driveway! I haven't heard from them/had a knock on my door recently, so I'm probably in their bad books now, I'll have to keep an eye out for any Hot Fuzz style shenanigans.
