M8, the gov has members that work to serve their own ends. When we elect MP/MPP's who then appoint someone in a position they have no knowledge or experience in, that's when the gov makes bad decisions to undermine public education and public healthcare. By systematically removing funding, hospitals and schools have to prioritize where their resources are most needed, and thus, the system collapses. Then, the same chronic funding cutters advertise how public education or public healthcare has failed us, and how their buddy's private organization can give a superior quality of education or healthcare (remember: the same world class service our public institutions had before being underfunded).

The education system isn't corrupt. Those constantly thinking that investment in education is a waste of money are corrupt.
