Is there a real estate bubble in HCMC?

do you have a recommendation for a lawyer and how much did it cost you?

although a few real estate agents have rolled their eyes at me for sharing tricks of the trade :P

don't worry what you've said isn't tricks. they're just general tips. i've seen vietnamese house buying tutorial sites mention a lot of things you said like check the marriage status etc. the real secret is in the nitty gritty when you actually do it like where to check, who to talk to etc.

i've also noticed real estate in northeast hcmc to be more expensive. there's a lot more companies and shopping malls there. western hcmc is indeed cheaper and also kind of desolate. i'd prefer northeast hcmc too but it's basically where ever one wants to live, everyone does too and it'll be expensive. it seems even land far away like dong nai are going for 2ty right now. it's madness man. do you think i should buy now or wait out the bubble? where did you end up building your house?

i have seen some nice looking and cheap plots listed in ba ria. although it's too far. based on how vietnam does infrastructure, if that bridge were to be announced today, i'd be surprised if he finished before 2030.
