From what I can see from your chart - you should be considered very attractive by majority of people. Why because Venus in the 1st house, chart ruler is in Sagittarius, with trines and sextiles only to the ascendant.
I would say the biggest reason people misunderstand/dislike you would be because of of
^ Neptune (illusions) Uranus (ruled by Aquarius) = outcast/black sheep. Uranus is aspecting your ascendant , so could be relative to your appearance as well. You probably dress or look different from others - but still beautiful.
Ok moving on #2.) You have Saturn in Aries opposing the North Node. You may come off as cynical and pessimistic, leading to fallouts and misunderstandings. Saturn is forming a strong Trine with the ascendant, so it’s very clear to others (just by looking at you) that you are very Saturnian - serious and sometimes cold .. Despite Jupiter (optimism) being your chart ruler, you have a lot of heavy and dark energy. This is probably what pushes people away.
But lastly I will say, take pride in being misunderstood/the outcast. There’s something about you that others don’t have, so be proud of that. And work with Saturn to make life easier for you, since his energy is so profound in your chart.
