There’s No Way Around It: Donald Trump Looks Like A Disaster For The Planet

I don't think the emotions Democrats are feeling is limited to losing. Lots of people will move on and give Trump the benefit of the doubt. The real disbelief and confusion is how it happened. Trump is elected, as an American that makes him our president. Okay.

Obama was the first black president. Milestone for our country. Democrats reaction, maybe we can elect the first female president. Republicans say fuck no.

Trump will be the first unpopular quasi-celebrity to be president. Prior to his campaign was he well liked? On The Apprentice, was the general concession he was a likeable character? Maybe I'm twisted by the media and he was beloved by everyone.

My confusion about this whole thing is that I was wrong. People do like Trump. Okay.

Who else am I wrong about? Is Honey boo boo's mom a beloved celebrity? Is she who I should strive to be like?

Let's boil it down. The election was a competition, the Democrats lost. Okay. Lesser of two evils blah blah blah. Is Trump, the president-elect, who the people wanted? My perception is all over the place.

What's next?

Democratic thought process: "First black president, check. First female president, maybe next time"

Republican thought process: "First beloved casino celebrity as president, check. Next stop? Mel Gibson?"

What is the follow up to Trump? What is the goal? What are we trying to accomplish as a country?
