Fully agree. If you live in a good neighborhood and go to nice places, kids will never cause any trouble or make noise. Not any more than adults will, at least. It also doesn’t make any sense for me to specifically hate on kids here. Like, if one wants to complain about kids living next to their cheap apartment making noise, well, what about people blasting dance music above them at 3 am? Kids are at least asleep. I never see a kid lose their shit and scream at a fast food worker. I’ve also never been scared of a child. Anything a kid can do that I don’t like, I’ve seen adults do 100 times worse and be way bigger assholes about.

But when a person doesn’t live in a shitty place anymore, all that stuff basically goes away. It’s not even always about money. There are neighborhoods poor as shit where everyone lives decently and treats each other more nicely. To go back to the cheap apartment example. Even a cheap apartment can have a landlord who gives a shit and enforces the rules to protect other tenants. The only reason those tend to not be as cheap is because people care and are happy to pay more for that. If a person doesn’t want to pay, then they’re probably going to get stuck with a lot of people who don’t care. Even then, getting specifically annoyed at the kids in that environment seems silly at best.

If people want to be in a complete adult environment where they can do ‘adult things’, specifically in public, and not have to censor themselves at all for the sake of kids? Like you said, those places already exist. Hell, night clubs are like that. There are also resorts where people can go and walk around getting day drunk with basically their dicks hanging out. A person just has to pay for it because it’s such a niche taste, expensive to maintain and low demand. It’s low demand because the simple fact is that most grown-up adults don’t want to be around that.
