Do you think there is such a thing as Indian privilege in the tech industry?

loool no. Indians and indian-origin people (mostly men) tend to have jobs that are very technical and you need to have hard skills. If you are a woman, you better have the technical education and experience. You aint' getting away with some shitty self-taught curriculum like a rando white dev.

You look at dipshit founders like the wework guy, and they are all white/white-passing tall skinny dudes. The wework guy used to be a toy salesman. I doubt that bish had ever coded in his life.

Also, indians have to deal with green card nonsense. I'm a PM (with an eng background) and it's been my experience, whenever I encounter an Indian-origin person either in software or PM, they also have an eng/comp sci/technical background. A good portion, more than half of the YTs, come from non-technical backgrounds or at best went to a boot camp. The Indian-origins have comp sci degrees from places like MIT or IIT. We are not given the same latitude.
