I don't even know where to begin with this question... Clearly, the English language is not something you are well versed in so I will do my best to make sense of your request, lol :).

The only CSS-related anything your going to get out of photoshop would be the RGB, HEX, or LAB color values for a CSS document. You mention slices... which Photoshop can output, but those are simply smaller cuts of your whole document.

You also mention animating something, what would that be? Are you intending on doing the animation in PS? Additionally, if your request is to somehow magically pull CSS from a static image, why or how are you intending on using the CSS with or in an "animation" if you clearly don't understand how Photoshop or CSS actrually work?

Where is this animation going and on what kind of platform? What kind of file are you planning on handing over to your client. You mention transparent PNG's as well, so I'm just really confused at this point.
