I'm saddened that your reaction to learning that people having higher rates of mental issues is that it is deserved that Asian women don't want to date them, rather than wanting to help them.

I'm also saddened by the fact that you group Asian guys and Hapas in the same boat, when the statistics about their mental issues are completely different. Asian men have lower suicide rates than white men in almost all age groups. Studies on depression symptoms on Asian Americans found that either slightly more Asian women had depressive symptoms, or that there was no statistical difference.

A cursory search in /r/hapas will get you a ton of studies that show that Hapas experiences a higher level of mental issues, such as here.

I do not appreciate you looking down on people with mental illnesses. Many of my closest friends, as well as many family members suffer from severe depression. This is ableist.
