Cole Beasly’s situation is less severe due to the fact his didn’t get as much media attention and it’s pretty much quiet now due to the fact news outlets have mostly all moved past all the anti-vax vs vax. Kaepernick’s situation is literally still getting talked about heavily each year and it’s been like 6 years, he is probably going to be on future history textbooks, have movies/documentaries made about him, and is probably considered one of the most influential social activist of this generation. I’m not here to argue politics and say that Beasley was in the right or that Kap is the right but I’m just here to say that their situations aren’t comparable at all. Beasley gets signed and some people are going to be upset but who really cares about him honestly, but if Kaepernick gets signed that’s going to be covered by EVERY media outlet and be the most talked about sports topic for weeks if not months.
