There’s a big difference between silly one off comments and outright antisemitic conspiracy theories, at least one of which he was replying to (don’t like reading post histories so tried not to go too far).

It’s somewhat debatable how antisemitic some of them are, but seeing as there is a conspiracy of Israeli PR that at least one person is talking about in this thread, and this one firm making a bogus claim in no way indicates US aid is going anywhere bad, it could pretty easily construed as a conspiracy to make an off-hand comment about how a random broke medical company making bogus claims is proof that Israel uses all its US aid for PR.
