Just remember, 50% of people have an IQ below 100. Meanwhile 115 is average college student in the US. 125 is average engineer. 130 or so for a physicist. I last tested above average of all the above.

And IQ is a logarithm of uncertain base with respect to actual intelligence and job capability. To reach the capability of one engineer will require 10 average Joe's or similar and 2 engineers might make a physicist or similar.

There are some principal engineers worth 10 or more junior engineers plus experience. There are also some juniors that come in with the right knowledge and mindset to be worth 10 average juniors. In the right job, I'd be the latter.

The pareto principle is king.
