Have known several EXFJ.. There are obvious differences in speech.
Both types like to persuade you. But ENFJ has upper hand because they use various techniques. ESFJ only know guilt trip or play victim at most. They arent persuasive. Think of your mom when she tried to convince you but nowhere close to it and end up guilt trip.
ESFJ likes small talk a lot. Like A LOT. You ask their well being and they'll talk every unnecessary detail about what happened and what they did for the past few hours, days or weeks. ENFJ on the other hand would only talk necessary things such as, if they want to compliment or complain or if theres any point they want to express about. Both can talk about the same event but for different reason. ESFJ talk for the sake of it happened, ENFJ talk for the sake of why it matters to them.
ESFJ is friendlier by miles compared to ENFJ. They can greet every single human. ENFJ I know of is more quiet so they dont quickly get along.
ESFJ is less judgy than ENFJ. What I can tell from my experience, ESFJ doesnt have much deep opinion about people. ENFJ is more judgy quietly and picky with whom they want to talk with. Both are friendly and these differences are small, but its huge if u watch closely.
