I'd like to suggest a few supplements that have really been helpful to me. It's well known that most people are lacking in Vitamin D3, but what's lesser known is that it plays a vital role in depression. I take 5000IUs daily without negative side effect and it absolutely helps with my seasonal depression. A lot of research is being conducted on gut health in terms of overall wellness and is pointing towards a significant connection with mental health. I'd likely still be taking a probiotic regardless, but have noticed it helps with depression, too. I take a once daily 90B. If you choose to add these in your regime, you may need to adjust dosages.
