Well, you make a good point, but I read a review of the show like a year ago, that's what I was talking about actually. I don't remember all the "sexual tension" between all the characters, but the reviewer praised how everyone had a crush on everyone else. They were like it's so stupid that the WB tried to make them all "just friends" and exemplified that the WB couldn't "hide the blushes". I honestly just remember adoring Sakura, hating Lee, and wanting Jullian and Sakura together. I had a little crush on him myself. And I'm not even sure I remember his WB name right. But yeah, Touya was nice just because he was an angel.

The review basically said even Tomoyo was only nice to Sakura because she had a crush on her. And like I said, the reviewer praised all these people acting like this. I just wasn't a fan of thinking CCS like that.
