Things Men™ have told me when we've been talking games/gaming:

I've been a healer main for 20 years and I consider my job not very "physically" demanding so I use that freedom to be the group strategist/leader. That freedom allows me to survey the battlefield like a general, and gives me the opportunity point to spot everything the tanks and DPS do right or wrong. I know all of their abilities and when they should be using them.

If they ever wrongfully blame me for their deaths or a wipe, I can choose to start calling out specific things they've done that are actually responsible for the group's poor performance.

Even still, it's incredibly draining to act as babysitter in these games, so I'm mostly retired from MMOs.
