Was thinking about the calling for Hues head

I was also extremely frustrated today watching the game. However I think it's extremely important that we take a step back and look at the bigger picture, why haven't we landed better coaches or higher caliber coaches?

I think the reason is stability, this organization shows no stability no loyalty, it portrays that you need to get something done within one year or two or you're out the door. This turns off high-caliber candidates because there is no stability here. There's a history of a revolving door system here.

So the way I see it whether we like it or not we need to stick with Hue Jackson for 4 years like Jimmy Haslam said he was going to do. A four-year commitment will accomplish showing future prospects that we are stable we will give people their fair shot. This action, if needed will start to attract higher caliber candidates, if Hue Jackson actually can't do the job.

Bottom line, love him or hate him we have to stick with him to show the league that we value stability, thus making high end candidates feel more comfortable taking a risk on the browns.

Other teams do not have to approach it this way, because they don't have the long history or a losing culture. We simply can not look to those other teams that have shown immediate success as examples, as we have built a strong culture of instability. Untill we fix the instability issue, we'll never advance. Our problem truly is a 1 of a kind in the league.
