Thinking back, what was your favourite lesson you've taught?

I always like teaching proportions because I feel like I use them all the time and I love to see the kids pick up on it like "40 over 100 would be equal to what over 30." I feel like most of my favorite lessons are not amazingly fun but just things I like.

I did do one bromothymol blue lab, having kids blow into the solution with straws before and after exercising. That was my first year teaching and my only section of 7th grade science, and I have no real science background. So it was a little chaotic but the kids enjoyed it and I was glad I actually managed to get a lab together, because I always felt like I was doing a terrible job with that class.
