Thinking of writing some kind of essay about the entire series from the perspective of being a therapist, is that interesting to anyone?

Dang, you're drastic in your assumptions there! Jesus!

Of course art isn't useless. It has infinite entertainment and appreciation and inspiration and educational value.

I just find the idea of analyzing a character that doesn't exist and whose actions depend on what writers in a room decided she should do (much of these for comedy value, I might add) is a bit... pointless. There really isn't a Rebecca Bunch, you know? Nobody is as crazy as Paula, but she was a fun watch. Josh was veeeery dumb for comedy value.

We all know Rebecca was obsessed... we all got the whole thing.

Commenting and over-analyzing on forums and AV Club is one thing, but a whole study on it? Bit much. IN MY OPINION.
